I just bought the game and both DLC's this week. I am running it on an Asus K501UW, 8Gb i7-6500U CPU. At times the mouse starts to "jiggle" to the point that it is almost impossible to make a selection.
I have bumped the game resolution down a notch but I have to turn the mouse off then back on. Since I can't attach a .txt file, I've included some of it here.

No sir. Only my mouse is wirelessly connected.

For the purpose of troubleshooting the issue, do you have a wired mouse that you can test the game with?
