I have to say a very big thank you to the Tech Support team.
Especially Joe Miller.
I had a major computer problem and I lost everything, a further glitch on another system cost me my P&S serial numbers etc. Even my order e-mails had gone.
I roughly new when I purchased P&S that was all plus an e-mail from Richard Bodley-Scott regarding a scenario I had submitted!
Like a prat I had not registered the game.
After a week of fruitless searching Joe managed to find my serial number by doing a great deal of techy things. A massive expenditure of time and effort on Joe's part.
For the reasonable price P&S is I was going to bite the bullet and re purchase, but thanks to customer service well above the call of duty I did not need to.
Excellent service and dedication to customer satisfaction. Joe Miller is an ACE, I hope slitherine give Joe a pat on the back and a promotion.!
