Slitherine

I've set up a new PC, installed BA there and now downloaded my add-ons again. However, when prompted to insert the serial key, I get a message that the key is wrong. I copy-pasted the keys directly from the slitherine page (making sure that there are no copied artifacts like tabs etc), so I don't know what to do.

try again and type it in manually, as sometimes a space or something gets added, it happens

and also make sure the right key is used for the right addon, not the base game etc

Nope, still the same. Although, looking closely, all keys of the add-ons are the exact same!

as i don't have that sort of access to your account etc, i'll pass you on to staff support who will be able to help you more, if the serials are wrong etc and you've tried all the manual ones etc, eg there all the same, it won't matter etc,
