Slitherine

I appear to be having an issue connecting to the matrix FTP server for the latest update. See attached screen caps. It is failing "while attempting to open an FTP file." Since this doesn't appear to be an issue with others, I suspect it might be related to a firewall here. I tried disabling Windows Defender and my antivirus and neither of those changes seemed to help. Has anyone ever had to open up a firewall path for updates or is there something else I might be overlooking? I am hoping someone else has faced this situation and can give me a few pointers that might save some time.
