Difficulty setting

When I view my difficulty settings I have five options Sergeant through Field Marshall, but my game version (Panzer Corp Golden addition) does not show the Rommel-Guderian-Manstein options. How do I get my game to reflect those?

You have to beat one of the core Campaigns
ie:
Vanilla Campaign
Allid Corps
Afrika Korps
Soviet Corps
on Field Marshall and the 3 bonus difficulty settings will populate

You can of course, if you are really desperate; edit the registry in 'regedit'

Thanks Goose and Hugh. I have played often as a Colonel. Looks like I will have to step up my game. :--)
