My Scythe Chariots hit some MF & HF in impact and auto break due to a loss.

Can I then advance some troops up towards the enemy and shoot at them in the same bound ?

You certainly may. Just be careful about the routing remains of the scythed chariot BG. They only get picked up in the JAP and must act like any other broken BG until then. p116.
