So I have downloaded all of the possible mods and scenarios that are available in the Pike and Shot download section. But since then, my game got really long loading screen times, even just for a random match.
I have not a bad PC. It works fine with most other modern games.

Is there a way to fix this problem or a module to only active mods if i really want them?

Only to delete the ones you are not currently using, and then re-download them if you want to play them again.

Or you could make folders called

/Documents/My Games/PSCAMP/BackupSP

and

/Documents/My Games/PSCAMP/BackupMP

and move the folders you are not likely to want to use again soon from

/Documents/My Games/PSCAMP/CAMPAIGNS to /Documents/My Games/PSCAMP/BackupSP

and

/Documents/My Games/PSCAMP/MULTIPLAYER to /Documents/My Games/PSCAMP/BackupMP

Then you can simply move them back again if you want to play them, without having to re-download them.
