I am unable to select Immortal Fire armies for custom battles. The Matrix site shows me as having Immortal Fire for FoG II registered but when I select the armies in setting up a custom battle, the create button is greyed out and it tells me I don't have the add on required.

If you are using the non-STEAM version, your system won't automatically install the Immortal Fire serial key, you need to put it in when you install the DLC.

The Immortal Fire DLC does show as registered on the Slitherine site. Assuming there was a separate step required when I installed the DLC, possiby I missed doing it but at this point I no longer seem to have the downloaded file and my download link from December has expired.

Right Chris, I think we need to contact Technical Support direct. I will send them an email about it.
