Is the Henschel Hs 293 taken into consideration of anti-ship stats of level bombers in Panzer Corps? If not then what would be an appropriate stat and on which aircraft? I've read they were deployed on Do17 and planned on the Arado 234.

I think the He-177 could carry this guided bomb also...

I doubt Do 17 could carry this missile, it was a fairly small plane with a bomb load not that much bigger than Stuka's, this might be just too much for it.
Hs 293's were initially tested with He 111 and operationally deployed from He 177 and Fw 200.
Now, there have been other air launched anti-shipping missiles which were deployed from different plane types, such as Do 217 (significantly larger than Do 17), Ju 88, He 111, and yes for some of them there have been plans to be used on Ar 234 too, but not for this one as far as i'm aware.

How about making the bomber a switchable delivery unit that starts as a variant of the normal bomber - probably move and AD a few points less than normal and with no attacks except passive AA. When near the target it switches into the Hs293 which works like a V1 or similar one-use weapon.
