The Beta for Sandstorm, the new upcoming DLC in the Order of Battle series, goes on, and we are gathering some tremendous feedback from the community.

We're really busy balancing the scenarios right now, but we're getting there. We will start to publish more information on the expansion very soon.

Maybe that it is made express so that we can well distinguish planes ?

I do not think that there were Gebirgsjägers with the Afrika Korps ? In Afrika Korps (PanzerCorps), there was no Gebirsjägers. But maybe that I am wrong, I do not know well the African campaign.
Even if it seems strange the main thing is to distinguish well the units.
The only montain troops that I found are Free French Tabor Marocains:

Does the M3 Lee starboard (right side) 75mm gun pivot on it's arc?

I read several times the reason why you never see this is that it is hard to program given it's location.

I mean it's not a show stopper-just wondering.
