Game suggestions needed

Hi all.
Could anyone recommend a hex-based wargame similar to Panzer Corps or Flashpoint campaigns but based on the American war of independence or the American civil war?
The above theatres of conflict are my preference but would also consider the Napoleonic theatre.
I don't mind a jump in complexity (Compared to my previously played games) but most of the games I have looked at in my preferred theatre of war seem a far more daunting challenge than games I have previously played in terms of complexity.
All suggestions would be very welcome.
