Is there any way to relocate the result box from the dead centre of the screen to say, bottom left (or right) corner?

I'd be very grateful if someone could tell me how

Position the mouse over the top part of the popup, hold down the left mouse button, and drag it to where you want it.

is that a permanent fix or does it need to be moved every time it pops up?

(I just find it's position to be a bit 'intrusive')

It's a permanent fix, until you drag it again.
