New Procedures for Announcing Custom Scenario/Campaign

When you use the "Announce your Custom Scenarios and Campaigns here" thread to have your work re-posted to the Custom Scenarios or Custom Campaigns threads, please note that the templates have been edited to remove references to Last Version and Download Link.

Reason: Unless you are a moderator, you cannot edit your post in those threads because they are locked. So, when you update the version and/or change the link, there is no way for you to notify the community.

Hence it will be required to have a Discussion Thread that you will create here in the Scenario Design forum to which the post in Custom Scenarios or Custom Campaigns will link. In your Discussion Thread, you may always edit your own posts and provide updated version numbers and links. It is recommended that you use the opening post for this purpose.

It can be one general Discussion Thread like Erik's and Duplex's Scenarios, or it can be an individual thread for each campaign or scenario. Your choice, but please remember which one is the "official" Discussion Thread when you go to post your updates.

Every post in the Custom Scenarios and Custom Campaigns threads has been edited to conform to this new procedure. You may want to take a look and see what was done and if it was referenced correctly in your Discussion Thread.

Hopefully this will help make it easier to have your work enjoyed by the community as you intend. Thank you.
