On the playsheets (both at the back of the published rules and in the internet downloadable version) it says that for the impact POAs for different capabilities, you only count 'one of' the modifiers.

This is not what it says in the main body of the rules (p.96) though it does so specify for the Melee POAs on p.97.

Which is right?

I am currently assuming that the main body of the rules is correct since the playsheets are after all only a convenience.

I can only think of one situation where it matters, which is HCh with Light Spear vs LH or MF offensive spearmen or against quite a lot of folk in uneven terrain - Hussite War Wagons count War Wagon vs mounted and Heavy Weapon vs foot, so their modifiers are never counted together and don't have a problem.

HCh doesn't count against LH or non-charging steady spear. However, there are some cases where the HCh does count and the light spear could act as a tie breaker, e.g. HCh LS vs HCh Bow or charging into disrupted HF spear.

Well spotted. And there is nothing in the errata about it.
