Any reason this game resulted in a minor victory?
(I did add a few extra turns using #overtime).

No Major Victory WITHOUT any sec. objectives possible! Per definition, I think.

========
Major Defeat (0): NOT all primary objectives met + NOT all secondary objectives met + hostile alliance has achieved all primary objectives
Defeat (1): NOT all primary objectives met + ALL secondary objectives met + hostile alliance has achieved all primary objectives
Draw (2): turn limit reaches + no one has met all primary objectives
Victory (3): ALL primary objectives met + NOT all secondary objectives met
Major Victory (4): ALL primary objectives met + ALL secondary objectives met
But you can still declare it a Major Victory in the settings/briefing option texts.

Aha, bureaucratic hogwash :wink:

OK, I'll add a secondary or two (is it possible to add two secondaries... :roll: )

This could be considered as a bug.
Why is necessarily needed a secondary objective ?
If we have no idea we can always put a condition of time : finish the scenario x turns :idea:

Thanks, guys. I was just wondering the same thing. Strictly defined, and if you go with the default outcome layout, no secondary objectives means a major victory is not possible. Even knocking off five primary objectives in something that I am working on meant a Minor Victory for that reason. I either have to work in a secondary objective or manually define outcome slots 3 and 4 to both be Major Victory. Searching this forum sure helped! :)
