Hello everyone,
I recently discovered FoG II and amazed at its simplicity, elegance, immersiveness (is that a word?) and it's moddability!
So much that Ive decided to start a modding project in which I hope to simulate the wars of the ancient greek city states / factions & leagues against not only each other but also against their immediate neighbours.
Obviously it will be in sandbox campaign mode
I may eventually extend it to 146 BC but dont really see any justification much beyond that.
I'm quite content to undertake this on my own but just wondered if anyone would like me to keep them informed of my progress, obviously as the mod develops i'll make it available to share.
I plan to use just the games unit graphics (because I'm a meddler not a modeller)
Anyway, a great big thanks to RBS (who I bought PBM Umpire & Scened from way back in the old days) and the rest of the team - GOOD JOB!
