Beta Terrain Graphics

Is there a way to get them? I came across them by coincidence, and they do look very cool.

The city and airfield graphics at least were in all the versions of PZC before the AK patch, so if you have an istaller of 1.04 or something lying around then you'll be able to copy them. I don't think the forests or hills or anything else was ever available though.
