5.2.9 is the latest, click "Check for update" at the bottom right of the opening menu panel and it should tell you if you've already got it or not.
On the splash screen it'll tell you what version you've got in the small print at the bottom.

click on the Green Slitherine Icon thing or Google Slitherine the point is to get to the main Slitherine Homepage

at this homepage click on PRODUCTS across the top part of the page it will read "STORE PRODUCTS NEWSLETTER COMMUNITY SUPPORT" so click on Products

Ok Great - Now under ADVANCED SEARCH type in "Order of Battle" and click on Begin Search

Then when it lists all of the Order of Battle stuff on the left scroll down to "Order of Battle: World War II Release Date: 14 JUN 2016" then click on this the Order of Battle WW2

Then click on Downloads it reads across the top "Product Info | Screenshots | Reviews - From the Press | News | Downloads | Links | Opponents" click on Downloads

You will see the download for PC the 64 bit download

You can also click on the highlighted "HERE" when your read this: For the full list of changes, the changelog can be found "here."

when you click on here you may also see a members area to click on click on Members Area

Personally they should have a link on the main page that reads patch downloads then when you click on this it then shows a list in alphabetical order of all the games they have

then when you click on this it should actually list in my opinion every single patch they have come out with for the particular game you clicked on so if you want for some reason to download the original free Order of Battle and only play it with the very 1st patch or no patch you can or the 1st and 2nd patch. This way its main page - 1 click to patches page then 1 click to the game you want patches for - then WHAM it lists all the patches.
