Hi On my winXP PC screen saves ( F2 button ) are TGA files, on our win10 PC the screen saves are jpeg.
How do I change the TGA files to jpeg please ?

Been playing around and after a stuff-up where I could not open the TGA files at all, can now open the screens with Nero photosnap.

if you mean convert?

just open the TGA file in paint in windows 10 and save as jpeg

No problems on the win10 machine, it is the winXP machine that the screens are TGA files for some reason.

you can add a command line to the game for it to always make a given format, so same as the default in windows 10 does, but tbh i'm not 100% sure windows xp supports it, so maybe wait until the developer replies to make sure, as the engine is the same one, but don't want to tell you something that may or may not work with win xp either

F2 will save .JPGs instead of TGAs

Having Print Screen problems again on my win10 PC
P&SCamp & SJ have paint .tga and won't open, FOGII has screen.jpg and opens in Libre Office Draw

Where do I add the screenshotoutput 1 line please ?

I use the win/Print Screen keys and that works fine.

If the STUB engine (used by Pike & Shot nd Sengoku Jidai) supports it, anywhere in the system.txt file.

However, it may not. But try it and see.

It should work fine on P&S etc. You can also just pop it into the USER.TXT file in the Documents/My Games/<game folder> which avoid having to alter install files.
