Destroyed

Page 66 - Skirmishers contacted in the rear by enemy Battle Troops etc are immediately destroyed.
There is no definition of destroyed in the Glossary. Presumably we should take this to mean "are immediately destroyed and removed from the table.
Please clarify / confirm.

They are removed from the table - otherwise the charging/pursuing BG cannot complete its move.
