No battle, no campaigns

I am unable to play most battles or campaigns. This a is new development. I see only empty fields of green and blue stripes when I select a battle or campaign. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Which version of the program are you using, STEAM or Slitherine?
Whichever, it sounds like your build has become corrupted. I suggest uninstalling the game and re-installing.

Thanks for your quick reply. When I posted the query, I realized I probably wasn't giving enough information. It seemed too complicated as I wrote. I agree, there was corruption. I took the simplest path to a solution. I deleted the corrupted game and reinstalled it anew. Problem solved.
