As a soloplayer games, would it be possible to increase Army points, turns, other features, etc... ?

You can alter turns and army points in custom battles setup by clicking the Advanced button.

But, I'm more looking for cheats working for all campaigns & historical battles, etc...
The equivalent as for Panzer Corps cheat codes and Hotkey List

There are no cheat codes. The Hotkey list you can see by pressing F1.

Pick the lowest difficulty setting.

army points are still locked at 2000 points even in advanced, can we alter this for a really large custom battle without altering anything else?

lets say 3000 to 4000 points etc?

just wanted to try something in my own time once all done, and got the mod bug, just need something bigger to play with to see if something would or wouldn't work

It is restricted to 2000 points because there is a risk of the current force selection process falling over if higher points values of armies with cheap troops are used. (All of the units are held in an area of the map border until force selection is complete, and the system will not work correctly if the total number of selected and unselected units exceed the size of the assigned area).

However, no permanent damage will be done if you mod the limits.
