Recently lost my PC. When I tried to install Order of Battle - Pacific on my new PC, I had no problem however, when I tried to upgrade to World War II, I got an error:
Unable to download file
An error occurred while trying to open an FTP file.

Can you help me please?

can you try another browser or try a FTP client and sorry for your issues

First, we recommend using a FTP client like Filiezilla ( https://filezilla-project.org/ - you will need the client, not the server version), SmartFTP (http://www.smartftp.com), CuteFTP or BulletproofFTP. These tend to give you the best transfer speeds, reliability and the ability to resume broken file transfers.

You can't update Order of Battle: Pacific. You'll have to uninstall.
If you have a 64bit Windows version, you need to install the game using the 64bit installer "OrderOfBattle-WorldWarII-Setup64Release-v5.2.1.exe".
If you have a 32bit Windows version, you'll need to install the game with the 32bit installer "OrderOfBattle-WWII-SetupRelease-v248.exe".

You can download games and patches from the Member's Area provided they are registered to the account. Please see the forum post below which explains how to do this:

If you still have issues with the download, try using a different Internet browser (like zak told) and check if any of your Internet security programs isn't interfering (firewall, anti-virus, etc.).
