One of my games in round 4 of the Holiday tournament ended with a score of 31% for schmolywar and 8% for me after running the full 24 turns. The screenshot was taken from the review after the last turn,

This games result is currently recorded with a score of 83 to 8 in the tournament standings.

What is going on? I thought the rules called for the routed % to be the score if the games run to the turn limit.

It is a bug which will be corrected in the next patch. The game is currently awarding +60 points for the side ahead on points at the turn limit - which as you point out, it shouldn't.

Unfortunately, despite extensive testing, and several previous tournaments, this has only just come to light.
