ship names

I have read that it is possible to change the names of ships and fleets but am unable to do this on the ps4 version of the game. can anyone help with this

welcome to the forum, and also hope's someone who's knows can help you out with your question, as for me, i know nothing on the PS4 version, or Xbox one either i'm sorry to say so of little help
