As soon as the Steam Beta 1.03 patch proofs a stable patch, the official patch 1.0.3 will be released for Steam and non-Steam versions.

I appreciate the quick response. However, I don't see why this beta patch cannot be uploaded to the Slitherine updates, particularly considering how long this will probably take. I have the Steam version also, but prefer to use my Slitherine purchase on another machine without internet access. I am a big fan of this game, so I am pulling for your team to make this a game a huge success, as I think it should be.

Sure it should be, but it will be a long way as there are many patch iterations left to be done, and they are slowly delivered.
