Download Problems - "Alert - 421 Address Blocked"

I'm having problems with the download site. I keep getting an error - "Alert - 421 IP Address Blocked" and it kicks out. Anyone else experiencing any issues? How do I fix this?

I think the best solution is likely to be via
support@slitherine.co.uk - you should provide them with your IP address and they can get the server team to investigate. Do not post your IP here on the public forum
