new games are not installing with 64 bit

so i am updating my back up computer with the latest games, burma road, kreigs, panzer. i updated to the latest version 5.2.3 64 bit however after trying to install the 3 latest games and entering the game it still shows me that i need to purchase those games. it isnt installing them. i had this same issue with my main laptop although with that one it wouldnt even install the 64 bit version. i had to go with the 32 bit to get it to install the games. so i dont know whats wrong with the 64 bit version but it isnt working..at least for me.
