Slitherine

Hi, I realise that support will be limited for this excellent game but I am encountering an annoying crash on my old iPad. It happens a few moves into the final battle always at the same stage. At some point through the computer move the screen switches to the iPad home screen. The games is still in the running app screens but if I try and select it it restarts the app rather than returning to the stage it was at.
Thinking back to the PC version it could be at the point where reinforcements arrive. I have reached the final battle with a lot of units. Could this be the problem? Is there a limit to the carry over units?
I can rerun the battle but never get past that move where the crash occurs.

Just counted, I start with 62 or 63 units.

Sacrificed a few units before this battle and started with about 55. No crash.
Looks like there is a list somewhere that is 64 long so its best not to have more units than that after (i think it is 5) reinforcements on about move 5.

Just out of interest the windows version reports an exception at the same point if there are too many starting units
