Flammpanzer has no assault and/or shock values!? Surely this must be a mistake.

I agree and posted about that in some other thread couple of weeks ago. Hopefully will be fixed because otherwise Flammpanzer is of no use.

It is certainly an error.
Other tanks flamethrowers have all assault and/or shock values :
