ok I'm 99.99% sure i killed both su-122's on turn 4 did it twice but it is still saying i only killed 1. don't know what else to do? no error messages. maybe a glitch? i can try again? i did kill them from the air on the second one the first one was an infantry kill. would that make a difference in the trigger? thanks again.

without a save, the developer wouldn't be able to tell

I destroyed both of those from the air and had no problem. Completing all secondary missions before turn 20 will complete the scenario in a Victory!
