Changing the squad loadouts and weapon parameters

Actually, topic.
Is it possible to change the squad loadouts (aka squad composition) in this game?
I mean - I want to do, for instance, Grey Hunters as close to the Codex, as it's possible, i.e.:
- one Pack Leader plus 4 Grey Hunters;
- one of the Grey Hunters may wield either Flamer or Meltagun (to my regret, there's no Plasmagun in this game);
- 3 other Grey Hunters wield bolters as normal;
- Frag Grenades and Krak Grenades are default abilities.
Is it possible and if is - how?
Plus - how can I change the weapon stats?

Hello. You can change unit stats in "squad.csv". But make sure you are editing with notepad++ or equivalent text editor. Editing in excel corrupts file and makes game unplayable.
For weapon stats, I don't know.

Devs can't answer this? I'd like to know if weapon stats can be changed, too.

Realize this is an old thread necro, but most relevant thing that comes up in google when looking for how to edit units
x:\myinstallpath\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Warhammer 40000 Sanctus Reach\Data\squads.csv
squads.csv file Does indeed appear to have data on weapons attributes.
For example I was interested in anti armor capability and there is a section ATCapable, values 0 thru 3
Other sections are hitpoints 40(Gretchen) to 1000 (Lord of Skulls)
so yes you can appear to edit unit stats here (may be handy for DLC as some say antiarmor underpowered for some Guard units, dunno I do not have that DLC at this time.
Open in Excel to see the columns and where the values are then edit in notepad
