after the night which squadron is killed the text comes up but no picture black box

That's because the file name in the event trigger does not match the picture file name in the folder:

Actually, you can with a bit of effort and expertise. You would copy the Voronezh scenario folder from its default location in the OOB program folders to the My Games scenarios folder. Then, using the scenario editor, you would call that scenario up, find that trigger, and change the file name that it is looking for to "event_night_witches_killed" (without quotes) to match the actual file name. Then copy or move the Voronezh scenario folder back to its original location.

The thing is, though, is that this error and all the others should be fixed for not only current owners of Panzerkrieg but for future buyers.

How about just renaming the .png file in the ...\Order of Battle - WW2_64_Data\Content\Campaigns\8Panzerkrieg\Scenarios\05_Voronezh folder? Wouldn't that work, too?

Correct! That is the easier way, of course. Just be aware, as I mentioned elsewhere, that unless it's fixed officially, a future patch is likely to overwrite your changes. Better it be fixed for everyone and for good, for that reason.
