after the pocket is open the kreigsmarine flag does not draw any income per turn. shouldn't they get something of their own after the supply corridor is open? maybe 5 resource point per turn?

It can be changed certainly so that they get something, it's just a question whether it's needed? Once the pocket is open victory is close usually, and those KM are all aux units...
