How does one go about getting a new password for battle of the bulge multiplayer when they can’t remember the last one?

You use your slitherine account to log in. You need to change your slitherine password?

I need to change or get the password for the multiplayer so can play online for the battle of the bulge, from the game it won’t reset the password.
