Custom Content Button Missing

I am upgraded to v5.2.3 but have no Custom Content Button. Anyone know how to get it back?

That was a problem a while back (before 4.1.7) but it was fixed. Question for you is, do you have a custom campaign loaded in your My Games/OOB/Campaigns folder? The button will not appear unless you do.

Thanks very much for the help!
I had copied the campaign under the "Steam / OOB / ..." folder, now I put it under the "My Games" folder as you directed and it is working!
