Two different problems

Any help is appreciated.
# 1 : The settings utility has to be opened 3 times ( from the the launcher ) before it will not crash. ( Opens on the 4th attempt. )
# 2 : Oversized window frames and text boxes.
This is triggered by adding a mod path to "remember.cfg" ... and the only way to fix it is to uninstall, reboot, and reinstall Polaris Sector.
Changing the monitor resolution had no effect. ( stayed oversized at all attempted resolutions. )
Removing the mod path from "remember.cfg" had no effect.
Note : the mod dir was empty!

Win 7 x64 Pro w/SP1
