Just to confirm that I will be available to perform the list-checking. However, I probably won't be able to participate as I am definitely not available for one of the two days, and possibly both.

More tickets have been made available for the competition.
If you want to play hurry over to the Devizes Wargame website (see link above) and book your ticket. The information I have is that there are going to be some interesting armies going to be played.

Now up to 10 out of 12, just waiting for Paddy Bray and Chris Beesley (and for Dene to submit his army on the approved form!). Bob M has the 10 runners and riders thus far, and is chomping at the bit to produce a first round draw, so let's not keep him waiting, eh chaps?
So far, we have 1 Swiss, 1 Anglo-Irish, 1 Early Henrician, 1 IW French, 2 Caroline Imperialists, and four variations on a certain Italian State (one with an ally). Really sorry to be missing this one......(sigh).

Well, well, well - Milanese 1, 2, and 3 (we'll cast a discreet veil over Mr Boyles - I can only assume he forgot they weren't pirates). Probably helped that they were in the hands of the three best players anyway - possibly some sort of handicapping system for Mr Jones in future. Short-sighted pygmies on asthmatic rocking horses, perhaps?
Sorry to have missed out this year. My Early Henricians could have helped prop up the table with Nik's and the two Anglo-Irish with Irish allies.
