Kriegsmarine Mission 4 Core Unit Strength Bug

I recently purchased Kriegsmarine, and have been playing through. Missions 1 through 3 have gone without incident. However when I begin the 4th mission, all of my core units reset to 6 strength, regardless of their strength prior to the mission. I restarted the campaign, and this issue arose once again, upon reaching the 4th mission.

I have attached a save file, which was taken at the interlude between missions 3 and 4. You will note the strength of my core units. Start the mission, and then see they have all changed to 6 across the board.

I know I can just repair them and then cheat to get my resources back; but this is clearly a bug which should be dealt with.

I have the same issue when starting the 4th mission "Surface Raiders". Also, all the AI units start out with strength of six as well. All previous missions have work without any issues. I am currently using the 64 bit version of the game on Windows 10. I will probably play through the scenario as is just to see if the issue occurs with the next scenario.

I was having the same issue with 64 bit V5.2.2 on Windows 10. I upgraded to V5.2.3 and that resolved the issue.

Same bug, in Surface raiders every unit (enemy too) has 6 strength, Steam version 5.2.3 64bit.
