Macbook Pro 2011 with 16GB RAM - AI turns are interminable. Takes between 10-15 minutes to complete its turn. I'm currently retaking the Philippines but this issue has been with me throughout the Pacific campaign. Quite unplayable really.

No problems if I run it on windows.

What disturbs me is that, looking through the forums, this seems to have been an issue for literally YEARS now.

Are you running windows on the same Mac or is it a different (more powerful) machine?

Different machine - only slightly more powerful though (3.0GHz i7 vs 2.3GHz i7)
