impossible to download new patch. could not open ftp file

from the ingame installer?
or using the site ftp access from your account?
if your trying to download the file from the members area and your browser doesn't work, please try a different one, as some do, some don't.
also check your firewall and anti virus logs to see if one or the other has stopped the files / access etc
