Slitherine

I have bought the Immortal Fire add on and downloaded it but when I try and install it I get a message that it is an invalid serial number. I have checked and rechecked and checked again and it is the one listed on the e-mail from Slitherine but it doesn't work. Help please?

have you tried to type it in and not copy paste it from the email etc?

as sometimes you take over extra spaces etc, if on another try it still doesn't work, just fill in a support tick in the support tab above and give them your details and issues and sitename / username, where you bought it and any reference numbers you have etc to confirm it's you etc and they can check it out for you, i don't have that level of access i'm sorry to say, so can't help

I am having the same problem. I have e-mailed Support and I have been given a ticket number. I hope it will be sorted today.
