I want to create a European campaign.
But the only world map that shows in the editor is the Pacific Map.
How do i show the map of Europe?

Whenever I start a new custom campaign I always use a suitable official campaign as a template.
I duplicate the official campaign to the My games etc campaign folder and edit the campaign data.

If you want to create an European campaign I sugggest you use the official Bltizkrieg campaign as a template.

The new campaign editor will probably make it easier to create a new campaign from scratch.
I haven't tried this yet.
But in that case you could just duplicate the map file from the Blitzkrieg folder.

so you guys are working on a NEW campaign editor?

It was released in 5.2
There are a number of people that have problems with the 64bit-version. Will hopefully be fixed early next week.
My version works fine.
