Hello,

I upgraded today to the new version of Order of Battle and downloaded the new DLC. However it seems that i am now unable to start up the game. whenever i run the game from steam, or from the autorun.exe the game tells me that: Windows cannot find '\64-bit\Order of Battle - WW2_64.exe'. Make sure you've typed correctly, then try again.

This is true, the update does not provide this file in the patch. I find myself however unable to fix the problem unfortunately and seem to be unable to start up the game in 32-bit mode. Reinstalling the game does not work. Does anyone have a solution to this problem? I am happy to provide any data necessary. Thanks for the support!

How to get a DirectX Diagnostic file:

1. click on "START"
2. click "run"
3. type in "dxdiag" and click "OK"
4. check through the tabs and perform all tests
5. click "Save all Information..." and save the text file to a location of your choice

We prefer that DxDiag files be posted as message attachments rather than pasted into the body of the post.

once the report has been made, just attach it to your post with first adding the file to a zip, which is then permitted to attach to the forum

Thanks for the quick reply. I indeed did the Steam check first, it informs me that that file is missing. It tries to download the file, but is unable to. Steam keeps the download at 0%.

The Current content BuildID of the Local Files tab of the properties window for Order of Battle: World War II is: 2325640 if this is any help.

Try downloading latter and check if any of your Internet security programs aren't interfering with the download of the file.

steams just updated so it should now work fine, or mine has anyway, seems steam was a few minutes behind the board on pushing out the update

Thanks for the help, it seems that turning off the antivirus has solved the job. The file is downloaded and the game runs as smooth as a little baby now. Thanks for the quick responses and support.
