Please help us. My 12 year old son recently purchased a copy of Legion
Arena. The game installed, but when the program is run you cannot play the game.
Windows XP states that there is a problem with the exe. file and wishes to
report the error to MS. Direct X 9 was installed from the Game CD. Can you
help us with this problem. My son saved to purchase the game. He no longer has
his receipt from the a closeout store named Big Lots and in addition the store
is out of copies of the game. He is very disappointed.

Please advise. :(

I'm nobody official, just a long-time customer, but I can assure you Slitherine will fix you up. Their Customer Service is the best.

Be assured that Legion Arena is a great game, and your son will love it. But Slitherine will need to know certain things in order to help, as their games are sold in many countries, in many languages, and the versions do vary slightly.

Sorry you are having trouble. Can you tell us which version of the game you have - ie what publisher logo is on the box and what language you are playing in.

Can you post your system specs, operating system etc. Can you check youhave the latest drivers for your hardware, as this is usually the problem.
