Battle of Carrhae Why I cant play as Pathians?

Every battle gives the oppurtunity of playing both sides, why this is not the case for Carrhae?

The Romans are the challenging side to play anyway.

Thank you very much for the reply, but all in all it is sad to hear that... even if i can understand that it is difficult to produce a good AI for this matter.Because we were unable to produce AI for the Romans that could fight this battle in a sensible way.
Is the roman AI at least in regular battles able to fight a Parthian army?
