After Win 8 update game only shows shadows in MP.

I did an update to my Win 8 computer and now the game only shows shadows. My Computer is;
Certified Data
AMD A8-5557M APU WITH RADEON HD GRAPHICS 2.10 GHz
64 BIT OS
16.0 GB RAM (15.2 USABLE)

uninstall the game, and make sure the game folder is empty, then reinstall and patch to the latest version and then see if that fixes it.
won't effect saves as a uninstall doesn't remove the game save folder

I uninstalled the Win 8 updates and the program works again in SP and MP. I rather now have security updates installed though. I have a good anti malware program though.

It sounds like you might need to do a video card driver update to keep up with the W8 update.

There are no updates for my video card. I guess I have a weird configuration. Anyways I put tthe graphics setting on my card from undefined to high performance and there seems to be no problem now.
