I've finally gotten into MP in FOG2 and am enjoying it.

But the e-mail notices are not especially useful, all they say is that a turn for a "Random Map Battle" has arrived. The problem is that all of my battles are "random map battles". Is it possible for the notice e-mails to specify the name of your opponent instead of the "random map battle"?

We agree, We have a list of improvements we want made to the email messages.

That's strange, some of my emails say which opponent it is, others don't, and only the tournament ones ID the match armies...I wonder if the opponents email notify settings on or off effects this?
Or your message board settings?

In my experience, the e-mail only only specifies the armies if it is an epic battle. I've never been notified of the opponent.

Obviously, the only solution is to quickly roll out the little systray app that alerts players when a turn is ready.
