not really a tech question, but will leave it here as the developer will see it all the same, thanks for the report, sorry for the issue, if the developer can replicate it, they can fix

version number, site or steam version, logs and or game save if poss, or screen shot etc

Save game files are normally found here : Documents\My Games\SANCTUS\SAVES

same as logs or error txt files etc
