PM Outbox?

Over the years I've sent quite a few PMs to other members. For some, I never received responses... I just noticed that there are several PMs stuck in my outbox, which do not appear in my sent folders and which have a 100% correlation with PMs for which I've not received a response. Why are these PMs not going out?

I think they remain in your outbox until they are picked up.
